Spray and brush
I’ve been painting murals for almost 30 years. I started when I was working as a community artist in schools and youth clubs in South Wales. I would work alongside the young people, showing them how to use various techniques to scale up their ideas to work on the walls. We painted anything and everything from South park characters to sports stars.
At some point I was asked to paint a skate park in Aberbargoed. They had hundreds of pounds of spray paint rest for the job, so I learned how to use it.
I now spend most of the year painting murals. I mainly just use freehand spray paint techniques, but will still mix it up, using brushwork, stencils, markers etc.
Commissioning Artwork
I like to paint wildlife and botanical art, portraits and two play with warped perspectives. However, as you can see below, I like to try out all sorts of ideas. So if you have a project in mind, send me a message and I’ll always consider your ideas
