“In December 2018 The Gwent Regional Partnership Team. Aneurin Bevan Health Board and Petra Publishing worked with Blenheim Road Primary school pupils to produce a book called Billy the Superhero
Billy is the story of boy who loves superheroes and is inspired to become a doctor after seeing the way health and social care professionals care for his nan. The book introduces the topic of health and social care to children, the important role it plays in our lives while highlighting the dedication and commitment of those who work in the sector.
The book features the wonderful illustrations of Andy O’Rourke and some of these illustrations are now available to download and colour in. We hope these wonderful pictures help to inspire the next generation of health and social care heroes across Gwent.
